I did measure it, I took it over to my 3 cruisers and it will NOT fit a 24" rim. If you lay the fork down to the CyclePro frame, the rear end is the same length as the fork. In the above picture, the fork drop out is sitting on the axle of the Mongoose.

Well if those are 20 inch Forks from all the pictures you have posted. They look like some very long 20 inch forks.... They are some cool looking forks either way.....

All I know is those are bad-arse looking forks with that what appears to be OG color and stickers.

I still think the gold finish is killer !!
If the frame had the same gold finish to match, I wouldn't be able to live without it !!!
(I have a thing' for frames with unusual gussets)

no problem, I wish pissed yesterday but it's funny now. I was told the forks are NOS, I don't see any washer marks on them at all.

1982 for sure, what is thrush of the top tube? On the gusset is there a stamp that says fish gill if not then its a macho.

and yes there is another...all OG coating and stickers.
