This is my 2008 retro Quadangle frame done up old school style.

S&M Redneck camo stem
Original steel flange Skyway Tuff Wheel II
Carlisle MX 200 front tire (still looking for a rear)
Sugino Snowflake Chainwheel

Re: 2008 SE Racing Quadangle
I too have been tempted to pick up a retro Quad, and remove the V-brake mounts..... With the retro Landing Gear now available in 1" threaded, you could also take it a step farther and add a couple spacers to run a 1" headset and quill stem. I theory, I could rebuild a very nice replica of the bike I lost years ago, but with a frame that fit me and without the cost of an original looptail or the guilt that would go along with riding one hard ![]()
Time to go shopping for a 20" retro looptail frame ![]()
