1997 Powerlite Pro

This was sold as a frame only -but was the same one used to build up the P61 complete's.
Mid 97 date code but was 98 model year.

I wanted to build up a P-61 for a long time -and pretty much have accomplished that.
I thin this was one of the frames that were sold individually.
You wouldn't know the difference save the lack of the P-61 decal.
They came in Pro, XL, and XXL sizes.  The P-61 used the XL frames in '98
I added all the parts necessary to make this a Powerlite showcase:
Powerlite pro chromoly threadless fork with P stamped into the chisel cut legs (hard to find these)
Powerlite 1 1/8" threadless stem
Fly Bikes Donny Robinson pro Chromoly bars with the 'Power Bend' ends -basically copies of the original Powerlite bars.
Powerlite embroidered padded saddle by Velo with chromoly rails
27.0 Kalloy aluminum seat post
Powerlite stamped Profile 180mm cranks (like the GT profile ones.) with sealed Profile BB
Redline pedals -hoping to get some black GT platforms in the mail soon.
GT Mohawk loose-ball alloy hubs laced to single wall Weinmann ZAK39 rims -off a Mach One or Mach Two.
IRC MinuteMan tires with orange/red sidewalls.  1.75 slik on the rear, 2.125 II on the front
Promax Orange/red v-brake lever and matching no-name V-brake arms on the back
Powerlite pad set to match the seat, tires, and brakes.

Mods changed date to 97 -but this is a 98.  Check the catalog if you have issues:
