81 Hutch has a drilled brakebridge. This be the western style font. Probably an 82 or 83.

Hey - I like this build to. I have a question. Are those 1.50 tires? They look like it. I would love to get some (for my rear tire) but the smallest I have found is 1.75. Let me know. Props on the build bro!
