1986 Kuwahara Bravo

This is actually my Brother's bike. My father got it for him in the Summer of 1986 at some hole in the wall bike store near us(LOL) He used it for a few years and grew out of it and stored it along with the rest of our parts for the last 20 years. We have just recently gotten interested in our BMX past and started to clean them off. The only non original parts on this bike are the cranks and pedals. the original crank was a one piece stock crank with a lavender colored sprocket with white beartrap style pedals. We have the crank but it has a stripped out pedal thread. We have the rear platforms that hook onto the chain stay but we have to dig them out.

Actually That is the saddle that came with the bike honestly.  Maybe the dealer replaced it from out of the box 21 years ago but that is the one that came with this Kuwa Bravo

Sweet ride, my buddy had one very similar to it. I love the purple!
