2010 SE Racing Quadangle DC Edition 26
2010 SE Racing Quadangle DC Edition 26
I knew there was a reason to get a 26" Cruiser!
I picked up this bike at Ozone Bikes in Austin Texas in early October 2010 as an original Tennis Ball Yellow machine! Looking at a bike should not require welding goggles so it is was covered by a vinyl Camo pattern I created in Photoshop using pictures of Cedar, Oak, Cactus and other native plant life here in my area. I removed the bars, stem, cranks and painted them which made the remaining yellow go away. It took some time to decide on a final color but I got some raw groovy bars and decided to raw the frame and fork before the camo vinyl baked on to the frame. I stripped and scuffed the frame in a manner to allow the scuff marks to be visible under the clear powder coat and I am stoked on the end result! I left one of the Camo pics posted because it was cool looking while it was on there!
Thanks Museum Member Harlen for the excellent clear powder work!
The bike is stock except for:
Bars-VDC
Stem-Retro BMX Pro Neck
Seat-Odyssey Aitken
Seat post- unknown
Pedals- Kona Wah Wah
Cranks- Redline Flight Double pinch
Chain- KMC 1/8"

Whoa!! Very stunning. I am totally impressed by the vinyl work you did. Any chance you'd share where you got your vinyl and the steps you used to cover it? How long did it take? I just keep staring at it... ![]()

Impressive work on the frame & forks. I dig it!. I have the 26" Quad too and am I'm starting to tire of the yellow-ness of it. So what you've done is inspiring.
Just wondering, is that an Odyssey Aitkin Seat?
