1988 Hutch Trick Star II
1988 Hutch Trick Star II
started as a used Hutch frame and fork. Now it built in to a fun rider! it has stock forks. frame was painted by me in forest green pearl fading in to midnight black matalic. stem is a used polished Powerlite modefide for pots mod bolt. to run front brake threw fork. the bars are used Grave Yard Zero sweep bars. Brake levers Are used Dia-compe Tech 77 locking levers. front brake cable new Shado con hooked up to a used Dia-comp brake. back is a NOs Odyssey gyro with a new Snafu Mobeus Detangler and stock Odyssey cabels hooked to a new Odyssey evo II 990 AD brake. head set is a os NOS YST.
grips new mid school Primo . tires are Primo the wall. rims os chromed Araya laced with stanless spokes to sealed 36 hole sealed GT mohawk hubs. yes 36 hole not 48 to keep bike light. cranks Primo Hollowbite Arms/Spindle with sealed BB . sprocket is a 43 tooth Grave Yard polished to a miro finish. pedals OS Shimano DX 9/16. chain KMC Z chain for now. rear pegs Basice industreys front stock hutch screw in type. seat clamp Hutch donut copy. seat post Primo micro ajust. seat Primo paded . Also has custom one of a kind decals. my new Mid school build! what do you think? Did I turn this ugly duck in to a swan! (LOL)

nice, love how it looks, it looks pretty mid school, even if the frame is from 88! love the 43 t graveyard sprocket! funny it reminds me of rick allison AND edgar placencia,lol, in fact, it looks like if a morales had a baby with an old trickstar!

The concept is pretty cool mixing newer parts with old frame, looks like a bike that is actually rideable.
