1983 GT

Good example of early 80's bmx

I got this bike in 1984 off a friend of mine. He purchased it new from the Better bicycle center in 1983. The only major modifications made were Changing the cheap factory neck to a DK neck and Changing the 1 piece cranks to Sugino GT 3 piece. The recent changes were just putting red A'me grips on to replace the warn out ones. Basically the Bike has not really been ridden since 1989 but I always kept it cleaned and oiled up. It never occured to me to get rid of it thankfully
