I think their undisputed masterpiece is 'Hip To Be Square', a song so catchy most people probably don't listen to the lyrics - but they should! Because it's not just about the pleasures of conformity, and the importance of trends, it's also a personal statement about the band itself!

It was set up weird.. Had black Tange TRX forks, chrome layback w/ white Dominator.. Cheap one pc cranks w/ GT sproket and fake CW bars.. No wheels..  Still not bad for about $8 bucks..

Re: 1986 Torker 2 280 Air

3rd time i've looked at this bike today. I have a feeling it won't be the last.

Those mags are making me drool... they're in such good condition. my Kuwi would be singing with a set of those.
this bike actually reminds me of the Kuwi - with the white front end  - and that handlebar shape., plus  the pink/lavender mag with white tire combo smile

Thanks CB and NO, it was not your fault.  You got the parts to me, it was the DYNO that took too much time to build so this one stayed home.  Thanks for the props Charlie, wink

Matt, too funny 'cause I've always been a fan of that KUWI of yours  tongue.  The masters came from mazzzze (John) who got them from relic (Mike) and neither ever mounted them.  They came full circle back to Cali   lol.  Mike saw the bike a few weeks ago and was shocked to see them again, lol.

Thanks man, appreciate the feedback.  The decals are made by Ultrahive, he makes them in pretty much any color you can think of.  Send him a PM on this site.  big_smile
