1977 Cycle Pro Foiler

Really clean restored Cycle Pro Foiler

Bought off of EBay along with a AAA Rascal frame. Both were in dire need of attention. So I had the seat-tube repaired and the frame refinished in a nice dark metallic blue. The fork is a very early CW a.k.a. Coast Wheels. Hatta headset and Dia Compe seatpost clamp. Topped of with NOS original decals. Sold the bike to board member David. The completed pic is the way he built it up.

Re: 1977 Cycle Pro Foiler

I have no idea how I missed this, but reading the first line of your description nearly put me on the floor.... getting your hands on a AAA Rascal off ebay is beyond crazy lucky!  That has got to be the grail of any Bill Bastian/Race Inc/Cycle Pro/etc collection!  If I had a "grail", that would probably be it.  I know I would pay money just to see one for real, to hold one in my hands for 10 minutes... wow, totally blown away!  If you still have it, you should submit the Rascal because there are only a couple in the museum.

BTW, nice Foiler as well!  cool
