1984 Haro Master
1984 Haro Master
It's been said that there is only 12 known 1st Gen 84 Masters out there. This is one of them.
When I got it, the frameset was in mint shape, but the chrome had some contamination in it and the decals were pretty scratched up. I went ahead and got it re-chromed and put on new decals from C4 labs.
LOOKING FOR: Blue Pro Neck, 84/85 BLUE GT Pro Performer bars. Yellow label Stadium tire in 2.125 Black. Headset cup for Spin Tech stem.

Re: 1984 Haro Master
Finally got this bike built and some pics of it complete on here. Took it to Bellflower in 2011 and was lucky enough to get a shot of it with Master Bob himself on it. LEGENDARY STOKENESS!

Re: 1984 Haro Master
I rode this bike back in '84 and like most of us, I kept putting money into upgrading/changing the buildout. I have about 10 pics of it from the old days and each pic shows the bike with different parts on it. Might post some here.
I built the bike to replicate the spec I last had it with in about '85, right before I sold it and got the new Sport.
This build was about a 3 year project. Almost impossible to find an NOS Chrome GT Coaster hub! Or Yellow label Stadium tires in Red.
Glad to have this one back. Good memories on this and I got to share some of them with Bob himself. Stoked. ![]()
