Actually it has Supergoose dropouts.
What it doesn't have is the drilled dropouts common to all Mongooses from 1981 onwards and made along side the normal old style dropouts. The different dropouts don't designate the model of bike. It's what the frame builder picked up out of the parts bin at the time.
