Re: 2007 GT Tour

Why does the new GT company went after the model name "Tour" for this one?

Back in 1980's, 90's and early 2000's "Tour" was a model name for the Top-Of-The-Line GT bmx bike they used to have available.

Btw, Good luck with the build!

Re: 2007 GT Tour

I agree! I almost thought the cation said 97 Tour. I was just about to bust the bubble, when I saw the date properly. The old Tours were magnificent. Still I like the color.

Re: 2007 GT Tour

Post some pics of it when you're done smile

No matter if it shares the same name with GT's legends.

still a very good bike

lets face it

80's great bike makers like Haro, Diamondback, GT an Mongoose etc all sold themelves a little too short by becoming more affordable, and allowing catologues to start selling the brands.

Just needs new bars and a few minor parts

will keep you in the loop

Re: 2007 GT Tour

I picked up a complete ( minus the front brake ) but slightly scruffy one today for £20, but it will probably be next year that i'll get a chance to do anything with it, i will also get some decent pics sorted to upload to the gallery
