RL Osborn *inspired*
I picked up a bent, dented, & unfinished RL22 frame/fork set on Craigslist for cheap. Chip @ C4Labs restored and powdered the f/f similar to R.L. Osborn's infamous hazard yellow RL-20II. Since there are already exact replica's out there, I decided to change things up to my liking...
