1989 Robinson Pro

With Purple VG neck

Pro Robinson, with profile 3 piece cranks sealed bearing, odyssey bars with Odi mushrooms, gt double bolt seat clamp, purple VG upside down neck. Non original S&M seat post and seat as well as the brakes. Bought bike off CL some time back and sold it on Ebay, but kept the VG neck. Does anyone know about the neck?

Re: 1989 Robinson Pro

Looks like it has power cranks.  Esp's Brad Finnell was used in an adverstisement in the mid 80's for power cranks..it went something like "with power cranks your future is so bright you'll have to wear shades"  Pictured Brad and another racer in sunglasses.  Those bars are likely power lite, they made the alluminum bars with the power curve.
