1987 CW California Flyer

1987 CW California Flyer Survivor.

Found this one on the CL, fall of 2009.  Finally got around to giving it a coat of wax, and a lite freshen up March of 2010.  Features CW stamped gripper seat, CW stamped neck, Skyway OE's, and AME' bubble fonts.   This thing is so clean, it still sports the OE brake pads.   A nice solid example.

Dirty, what year is yours?

Just wondering as yours dosen't seem to have the CW stamped neck, or CW seat?  Or rear pegs, etc?  Perhaps is was NOS, but someone stole them from the box BITD?

         just curious..

Garman, your Flyer is SWEET!  I know the Flyer could be purchased with 48's or mags.  Are those original as far you know?  What about the tires?  The ones that came on mine:
http://bmxmuseum.com/bikes/cw/34928
were all white (no gumwall) "Blackclaw" brand.  I didn't like the look of them, so I went with black gumwalls and swapped out the 48's for mags.  It's amazing yours still has the reflectors on it!  yikes  It looks like yours has different pedals than mine.  What are they?  Also, mine has white A'me tris, but are not the bubble font like yours...lucky guy!

I NEED: 24" Blue UKAI Speedline hoop or wheel--single or pair
I NEED: White Vinyl REDLINE Top Tube Pad--old, snap style in very good condition
I FOUND: REDLINE decaled/painted ELINA seat--blue or black **THANKS MUSEUM!**
