1980 Mongoose Moosegoose

Bought this f/f from museum member shifty72. Awsome set, no dents, dings or repairs with original finish. I was going to do a full restore on it but I wanted to ride it so bad that I grabbed all my Mongoose parts, put it together and took it out for a ride. I love it! Rides like a cruiser. These are strange but cool looking at the same time. It has a Mongoose headset, Mongoose double clamp stem, Mongoose seatclamp, Mongoose Cranks and bottom bracket. I put red anno Dia Compe MX 900 stamped 9-80. The seat is a leather Kashi, I put a small laidback seatpost on it to give me a little more room, I like it. The rims are Araya 7b with Suzue loose ball and Tioga Comp III 20x2.25's. Pedals are rat trap. There are only a couple items on it that aren't era correct and I will change that out when I get the parts. I was in too much of a hurry to see how it would handle. Everyone should have one of these. I am going to bring it to the 2nd annual Colorado BMX BBQ and swap meet so everyone there can try it out.
