Re: 1983 Mongoose Supergoose
The dullness you see in chrome above the downtube sticker is condesation. Air conditioner to 100 degree heat makes the chrome sweat bullets. i have polished her up and she is beautiful. I will take some more pics for you guys soon

Thanks for comment. I am real surprised more haven't commented on this bike. I keep this one in the foyer so I catch myself starring at it sometimes. Nice conversation peice when people come over to visit. It really is beautiful. All the colors flow perfectly. This is one you really have to see in person..Oh and I love your Skyway. I reposted new pics of mine and I don't get it. No one has seemed to notice. IMOO it is one of the finest in the museum. The violins are palyin...lol

Thanks.......Its split up now and parts are in every part of the world. This F/F is in Singapore if my memory serves me right. It was a beautiful bike though!! You are right about that. The colors were perfect together right down to the pads. I always said Mongoose should have did one with this color scheme

was just going to ask you. Why is there a Californian sticker on the down tube? Not sure that what it is, but kinda looks that way. oh well, bikes gone now
. Peace:cool:
the sticker says "supergoose" just like "Californian"..its not correct by any means either. someone said that there was never a 'supergoose' sticker like that. just the chatsworth white one is correct. these were horrible and i mean horrible transparent repop craps!!!!!!!! some guy named jimmy has the good ones for this era if anyone is looking. i guess he still does em ![]()
