2004 Alliant complete

Aluminum Alliant JR, 2004 (Blue)
Alliant Mini prototype 2001, serial number 00004 (#4 of 4 made) Red.

This is an Alliant JR frame. The Alliant company was formed around 2001 by Mike Devitt from SE fame and Gary Turner from GT fame. The two icons in BMX history formed this company and produced some outstanding frames and forks that exibited the craftsmanship from both of the legendary companies (GT and SE.) In early 2005, Mike Devitt left Alliant and Gary Turner dropped the Alliant name. I also included a few pics of another Alliant pro sized to compare.

Re: 2004 Alliant complete

quick pic out of the garage in the snow.  we don't get hardly any rust here in the high desert, so not too worried.  thanks for the compliments.

Re: 2004 Alliant complete

no problem- growing up here in illinois i had to keep my bikes chained up outside in the winter in the snow (stepdad was a an a**hole). so anytime i see a bike in the snow it makes me cringe. my old gt interceptor spent five years outdoors and every weld was rusted when i sold it. ok, im rambling here...

Re: 2004 Alliant complete

frame is aluminum and won't rust, plus i live in a dry cold environment where it takes a lot for anything to rust around here.  The red prototype frame is now hanging in the garage.
