Stripped the several layers of rattle can spray and factory black,  left it raw and clear coated it.

Frame.  Notice the 4130 printed on the tubing, this is invisible to the naked eye!

Nice bike. I've got a Bennett myself. Great frame. I've rawed mine too but what do you clear-coat it with? I use spray lacquer but after a while it blemishes and it's starting to tarnish and rust in spots. Got any advice? Where did you get the sticker set btw?

I used a full can of clear laquer spray, about 5 coats.  I dont ride in rain and it lives inside so it shouldnt rust hopefully!
Stickers were custom made.  I can get a set made if you want.  PM me smile

Love the seat guts

Don't look for something to ride...Look at something and try to ride it!!!             Looking for : NOS Bomber Numbers 2 , 3 , 6 and 9 , Herrington Trinity Cranks , Primo V-Track 2 tires , Mongoose Goosebump front tire , uncut Odyssey X bars (8" rise) , blue VG seat gut and a NOS/good condition white (white and blue decals) 50's Seiss bike light.
