Re: 1996 ACE Hole Shot
Neil,
Thank you for the complement on my cruiser. I love this bike. Its the only bike that does not fell like a rubber band under my feet. It is very rigid as far as flexing. I spent lots of money on my cruiser, King headset, ti spindles, custom painted Atomic hubs. custom powerder coating.

Re: 1996 ACE Hole Shot
Let me answer all your questions one at a time.
The triple clamp forks are F117 carbon fiber with King headsets.
You can get a hole shot at Chip-n-Dale (Andy Curry, ACE) in NJ at 609-861-1981
The disk brake is a kit I have a patent with Atomic. They cleaned it up and it works on a flip flop hub on almost any bike. Check out their web site.

Re: 1996 ACE Hole Shot
I want to answer all your questions. Those brakes do stop very well. V-brakes work better on nice sunny days in good conditions but, the disk work better at higher speeds and always feel the same in the wet and mud.
I spoke to Andy about the ACE Holeshot frames. He has none left and is not going to make anymore unless he has a big demand. What you see is whats left. Very rare and a very nice riding bike. I have had some serious offers on the Holeshot and I might depart with that bike. But, I will never part with my cruiser. I love the Holeshot and I will always own one.

Re: 1996 ACE Hole Shot
I estimated the 20" bike to be worth around $1800.00 new. My 24" bike is worth around $1200.00. Notice they both have King headsets, custome paint and powder coating. Tie spindles in the cruiser. As far as looking like an erector set. You probably wished you had one. I love my erector set. No flex and very quick. It must be hard to view one when their in front of you all the time. ![]()

When approaching a four-way stop, the vehicle with the largest tires always has the right of way.
