1981 Huffy Pro Thunder

Fresh off ebay uk my Huffy Pro Thunder.
Believed to be 1981. All original condition even the tyres and brake pads. Not to sure on the rear hub its a shimano gold in colour. I also have the original chain guard and kick stand for this bike.
If anyone knows more about these bikes like what the original spec should be frame material etc then feel free to post.
Many thanks
shaun

Re: 1981 Huffy Pro Thunder

Hi, I bid for this bike too, nice score! there was another similar on ebay a few weeks earlier, minus the wheels but never been ridden or so the seller said. Your one looks pretty original to me, I had one back in the day, mine was bought for £50 second hand in '82. It was passed onto one of my cousins a few years later they cannot remember what happend to it now. Your's just missing the top tube pad by the looks of things. As far as I can remember, the frames were just straight guage mild steel. Best wishes, Mark
