Spintech maintenance

Just bought an 87 Decade the other week, and noticed the bearing under the stem looks like it needs some lubrication.  Should I just hit it with a little white lithium?  Doesn't look like you can disassemble it.

Yes, you can spray white lithium or pack it with all purpose grease.
