Juan has the story on the frame & fork set etc My service provider lost all the info Juan gave me.
I purchased frame, forks, cranks, bars, hubs & grips from Juan, brakes from Chip,a few parts from Mark os-db.net & the rest from evilbay.

Ok here we go, i've just received the following information from Juan.

This one was found by Jeff Haney at the wheels and things bike shop right before they closed its business op, It was assembled into a complete bike in NOS condition; then exchanged hands on the mid-late 1990's to his brother Richie Haney who sold it to Carlos Ruiz in 2004 (Carlos sold some of the parts to somebody in the DB-OS forum) and then sold the remainder to me in 2007.

This thing's amazing!  You're not helping at all with my "to restore or not to restore" decision! haha
