copy/paste museum bike

I am trying to copy and paste a few bikes in the museum into an email to a graphics place so they can scale and repro. some decals for me. Although everytime I get part way through the email I get a message stating "permission denied". Are these images protected or copyrighted? Am I doing something wrong? Is there a way arround this?

Re: copy/paste museum bike

What kind of decals are you looking for?

And yes the pics in the Museum are protected. And yes there are ways around it but, I doubt they would be protected without reason. wink

Re: copy/paste museum bike

they are protected since many people donate pictures of their bike for the enjoyment of everyone to look at and use as research.  They are to only be used on this site and by the original owner.  If you would like a copy of a couple bikes for a legal reason, try contacting the owners of the bikes to have them send you pics to use.

Re: copy/paste museum bike

I tried contacting the owner of the bike with no reply. The decals I am looking for are early HAWK F 20 s there looked to be only one red 91 in the musseum with correct decals. Thanks for the quick replies.

I tried contacting cru and got no reply. that was a 2wks ago. I figured it may have something to do with my being new to the site. i've run into that a few places on here.
