hutch bars? cycle pro seat made by velo?
got this stuff today on a mongoose M1 i know not the greatest but i bought it for the araya wheelset for my skyway.
do these feel like hutch bars to anyone else?
what about this... a seat made by velo, says cyclepro on the back, and has indents for lightening bolt stickesr?
never seen these either

i would say they are not hutch bars but im not sure.
the crossbar looks too thick and the bends dont look tight enough.
i also thought the hutch bars with knurling had knurling all the way across... shrug..
post a close up of the cross bar welds. that will help.
