wow, did it mention who bought them out? I really hope it turns out to be a good thing.....

Ive noticed around here, in central IL, the mecca of BMX that there are more bikes at the newly built skate park than skaters....and I also sometimes run into a few guys street riding......

I really hope it comes back big again!

it's pretty rad that bmx is picking up again! as long as dan's doesn't turn into sell out d o u c h e s like youtube, mongoose, and gt were all good

so what do you guys think will crash the bmx market this time? last time it was an overload of freestyle stuff, I think it's gonna be street/park stuff for my generation

a company called alloy bought it

i wonder if their prices will change, thats crazy!

yeah i admit i have trouble with punctuation and caps       to busy reading bmx magazines cutting school to ride etc.   lol

poverty stuff is actually decent for the price. sort of like peregrine. someone else makes the parts. dan's slaps poverty name on the product.

ill stick with Albes..lucky for me they are only 20 min away!

True in some cases.  Dan's also buys stuff that companies reject as inferior and puts the poverty label on them (Morales BTS).

Also Graveyard's reject bars, sold as Poverty ''Prison'' bars.

yup Albes rocks bought my 87 haro master from them  back in 1988 on sale as last years close out!
