Gt Bars..Were on A nora cup I picked up... They measure 28.5 across. In very rough shape w/ rust and 2 small holes drilled to route brake cable?? $25.00 Could be restored with some love Nex is A unknown stem?? Looks like a forklifter but I'm not sure how to tell? check on the inside of the stem cap, you'll see rl stamped in it if its a redline, or check the shaft for sugino.

The shaft should say Suntour and underneath the stem should also be grooved like the sides and the head clamp would also have a notch finishing the shape of the lower groove. You can also notice on the original RL stem, the sides are more longer. If it is FS stem, look at the hollow bolt, it should have an internal hex for a allen wrench as well. Hope that helps
