1981 Patterson Long

My Rider

I built this with the intention to use it as a rider. 1981 Patterson Long Frame and forks. I had a laidback seatpost on it but it was too stretched out. This rides like a dream. Black Araya 7X's with Bullseye hubs, GT pro bars, TufNeck 2000, Kashi Aero, DC MX1000's, 180mm full wrap flights, Hutch brown bearing pedals, TufNeck Seatclamp, Blue/Grey Comp III's, Oakley B1B's etc... All survivor parts. Nothing has been refinished.

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new BMX bike. Then I realised that  The Lord doesn't work that way, so I stole one and asked him to forgive me.
