Lawrence KS Ride Pics
Today was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! Mid 70 degree weather, and not a cloud in the sky. People started showing up we it was quickly obvious that this would be the biggest yet. 15 people came out and rode with us. Mid way through the ride we learned of a hidden trail/track back in the woods just outside of town, so off we went.
Finally found a jump that wasn't 5 feet tall:

Parish (1979 diamondback) took the pics.
This crew we have here is raw. Like 15 great people.
Funny story though about the ride.
So theres like 15 of us on os bmxs riding our sunday ride. We're taking a break at the bar having a beer when this kat on a tree(brand bmx) rolls up and go's I just finished riding with DMC.
I'm like, you were just riding with McCoy? He's like yep.
So anyway we all leave the bar and he's leaving at the same time.
Sure enough as we are leaving he busts out with a PHAT front manual on the curb for like 10 seconds (picture perfect)
Crazy huh?

Where in the hell was I during that? Was he the guy doing 360's on 10th street? Why isn't he riding with us?????? Oh yeah, he's riding with DMC. Must be rough.
