okay, i was going to wait until Nov 2nd to post this, but seeing as how the majority of people i was in contact with had similar ideas, and no new ideas were being posted, here is the official post


COULD A MOD MAKE THIS A STICKY PLEASE


Rules:

1.  This is a rider build off, bike must be intended to be a bike you will ride
2.  Any bike qualifies, so anyone can enter, old school, mid school, new school
3.  Sign up on this post to be in on it. Deadline for signing up is Sat. Nov 14th
4.  Build finish deadline is May 1st
5.  To sign up is one thing, but to be eligible to win, you must post clear pics of the finished bike, and yo riding it.
6.  At least one pic must be of you riding the bike, preferrably jumping, or throwing down a trick  or 2, even hitting the track with it
7.  There will be 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Best Pic winners, as voted by bmxmuseum members
8.  No monetary limit or minimum
9.  Bike entered in the Winter build Off is NOT eligible
10. No need to disclose what you are building, unless you chose to do so, so stealthy builds are welcome
11. Multiple entries are welcome, no need to disclose how many you are entering, but only 1 of your bikes may win a prize, even if they are voted as such, the bike with the most votes from your submissions will be the only winner
12. Prizes are as follows: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, respective trophies and 8x10 framed photo of the bike; Best Pic, trophy and poster size photo of the winnig pic (must submit a high resolution, clear photo to me after winning via email, so be sure to save it to your computer before resizing and submitting for judging)
13. please do not submit your finished builds on this thread, this is the sign up thread, there will be an additional thread 2 weeks prior to the build deadline date for final product submission, as well as an addtional thread the day after the deadline for voting to begin



please, anyone that has additional ideas post here and we will discuss change in the rules all the way til NOV 14th, then the rules will be set in stone
