Immortis Product Release!!

Ok guys... the Post-Op headsets are now available on our webstore.

http://immortisbmx.bigcartel.com/

In addition to the Post-Op headset, we have a 6" rise version of the Bucket Bar on the way! I've also got more of the 4" rise coming too.
Both versions will be available in gloss black or raw (no coating) for those of you who want to coat/chrome your own.

The 24" frame is done in design and is being priced out for manufacturing... don't worry... everything is still MADE IN THE USA!!

Dig out your bashguard bikes and let me know! I'm looking for a Haro Sport, Mongoose Hooligan & Diamond Back Tailwhip. I'll consider the others too for the right price!

Re: Immortis Product Release!!

I've been trying to get ahold of Fetish Cycles to inquire about one of the sin pro 24 frames...I think the post-op would be a perfect headset for the sin.
I think I will just hold off on the Fetish and wait to see your 24" frame...

Re: Immortis Product Release!!

this may be a dumb question.  i have a set of odyssey forks that are for use with integrated h/s only. is there any chance i can use your headset with them?    i just figured the sealed bearings in both styles would be the same.

Re: Immortis Product Release!!

Nice!! Hopefully I will have some extra money some time soon. I would love to put one of these on one of the Trail Boss's...........

And to answer gsxr141's question. These headsets will NOT work on forks with integrated races (asuming they use the same needle bearings as the Solid headsets).

Yeah. If you order a set of bars, I can cut them to the length you ask for. The ends will not be coated where they were cut and smoothed out though. Some gloss black paint would cover that up...

Dig out your bashguard bikes and let me know! I'm looking for a Haro Sport, Mongoose Hooligan & Diamond Back Tailwhip. I'll consider the others too for the right price!

When I find the way to do these in anno or chrome they will also be in the $100+ range. At this point though... they are super tough street fighters that only cost $50! lollol

I do work with Solid, but they do not make everything for me at this point. This initial version of the Post-Op is basically the same...but we are working with them on other versions and doing laser engraving as well.

cool Thanks for the reply. Those headsets would be killer in chrome no doubt about that.

I'm not real familiar with integrated... for street toughness, what are the + and - of them?
I've been against them for the most part due to damage can kill the entire frame and not just cause you to replace some cups or headset...
