1998 FBM Angel of Death

NOS early Spooky Cycles made model

When I emailed FBM to clarify what this was, this is the reply I received:
"by all appearances that is one of the first batch angel of death frames made at spooky cycles, I am jealous.- crandall"
I picked it up here in the UK, never been built up before. It even has the price sticker on the top tube (I assume it's $USD not £GBP).  It's a little dusty but it is still in as-new condition.
