"Simi Custom" Motomag Mongoose
Here we have a simi custom mongoose F & F to include a few other parts that was purchased from another fellow club member to help a buddy out. This bike has the greatest ride appeal in the neighborhood. Fellow friends and neighbors think this bike is new and the coolest. Even though this mongoose is now 30 yrs and counting.....The last picture is from the previous owner.
This goose is setup with the following parts/components.
Frame: Mongoose, Nickel
Forks: Tange, stamped '79
Headset hardware: Unknown
Handlebars: Mongoose
Padset: Mongoose
Gooseneck: Mongoose, Proclass- Acs type
Grips: Ame
Cranks: Ashtubala, stamped '79
Sprocket: Mongoose, Sugino 44t
Pedals: Rat trap type
Bottom bracket hardware: Schwinn
Seat: MTB, two tone
Seat post: Mongoose Original
Seat clamp: Alloy, generic
Brake Calipers: Lee Chi style, generic
Brake levers: MX, Lee chi style
Brake cables: Unknown
Wheels: Skyways II w/Coaster brakes
Tires: Primo, V-monster 20x1.75
Stickers: B.M.X. products repo kit
