ONE YEAR ONLY RIPPER!!!!
Here is a 1985 PK RIPPER I built from the ground up..., new powder, CW BARS, N.O.S SUNTOUR STEM, AME GRIPS, TAKIGI CRANKS, KKT LIGHTNING PEDALS , DIACOMPE BRAKES, MX VISCOUNT SEAT, AND CHECK THOSE RIMS OUT....ALSO TNT HUBS...THIS ONE IS CALLED " THE BLOOD RIPPER"..Hope you guys like it Rooster

I had an 85 back then and loved that style. Best I could do was build the 86 (link in my signature). Great looking bike.

I have 3 85s and only wish they came out half as nice when they are done.

the brakes are diacompe i just need some levers..looking for n.o.s..and thanx for all the comments guys..This is one of my favorite builds....ROOSTER..and yes I will bring it to the bend if i can make it...

Did you ever get those custom pads made for this? I'm building a similar color scheme, and with the new retros thought I'd score a pad set easily - but SE isn't selling them separately this year??? Nuts! PM me...
