Gary, this original post was mine too, not sure why it showed up as guest, but if you could edit it to me, that would be fantastic.

Thanks

Re: 1979 Moto Trac

I meant to mention that blue seat ! Finding them in black is hard enough. Is it original Mongoose or BMX Products ??

Re: 1979 Moto Trac

WOW!!! I couldn't remember the name . . . that bike was my second BMX bike that I've owned as a kid, but then got stolen in front of VONS back in 80'-81'. I was always told it was a mongoose but never believed it.

Re: 1979 Moto Trac

I have one currently.. I've had it for a long time and I even thought it was a Mongoose when I got it. Then thought it was an old Takara. So, I finally posted a "what is it" thread. Lo-and-behold here it is! What is this bike worth? I've already been asked to sell it or trade it..

Re: 1979 Moto Trac

Nice Moto Trac and a nice collection in the last picture "Astrodamus".

Anybody has one(Moto Trac) for sale or trade, I'm looking for one in nickle.
Thanks, Johnny G.

I'm looking for the following frames, frame & forks or completes by BMX products:
MotoTrac (nickle or chrome), Racer-X or a Super-X (with the double gussets preferred).
Thanks wink
