Hi, thanks. Yes, that is a Japanese room. I live here in Japan, the floor is called Tatami and is kind of like this straw stuff, nice and cool in the summers. I hate you. My dream bike from when I was little was a Laser Lite. I love the legendary Kuwahara!!!!!!
I'd trade any of my bikes for 1

Thanks for the nice comments, I'm actually Canadian but work here in Japan as a Tool and die engineer and CNC machinist/programmer. All the work I do is for Toyota. Cheers

This is easily one of the nicest Kuwaharas in existence. LOVE that white frome with the blue parts. Never seen another Kuwi like it....UNFREAKINBELIEVABLE!

I just scored the New replica 81 KZ1 in chrome and it looks just like the real thing....have you seen these new KZ1's and what do you think of them?? I'm just curious to know where the new frames are made??

Your bikes bring back GREAT memories. In 1980 I bought my blue and white Kuwahara. At a national race Kuwahara ask me if I would race for them. They sent me the factory team helmet and uniform. I still have my bike(now it is black and gold), helmet and uniform. If anyone is interested in them I am willing to part with all three items.

What everyone else said plus 10. Your bikes are awesome. I just drooled over your site for about a half an hour. The old Laserlite ads are exactly what has inspired my newest build.when i finish it, I'm taking some good pics with dry ice and all for the fullkuwi effect(too bad the frameis a new haro) I love the black and gold bikes especially. Thanks for keeping ythe old school lightning bolt burning brightly. They were always my faves when I was a kid. Two Thumbs up!
