Early gt or hutch pro bars w/ame grips, tuf or pro neck stem, araya 7x's w/comp III's, gt or hutch layback post, dc brakes and a hinged seat clamp, nice 1pc cranks or some shimano dura ace cranks! or do it old school with a goose double clamp stem, araya 7c's w/black knobbies, mongoose grips w goose ss bars(which you can get from Johnny Chopper), mongoose straight post or an early layback, mx stlye seat, 1pc cranks with a takagi spider & chain ring, and some dc 890s!

You can build it either way, race or old school. You're a week late.. I just sold Ash stem, cranks and bars.. They would have looked sweet on it.. Here are the 2 I built for your reference.. nice looking bike you have..

Keep it era correct, look thru the other Rogers on here to see a color combo you like. I am partial to red, but a lot of bikes are done in that. It is a beautiful foundation, and it is counting on you to bring it back to life!

raced BMX from age 8 to 19 (1977 to 1988), turned pro for one day in 1988 and retired. I broke many bikes, but my pro racer was a 1982 Supergoose. Sponsored by Mcteague family/World of Wheels Team out of Chelmsford /Lowell, MA. I raced road bikes until 1993 & then went on to racing DH. 15 + concussions & PCS changed all that.
