Factory ELF 24" Frame and Fork
From Ex-Factory ELF racer Brian Lewis. ELF made Brian two of these 24's to race back in June '83 and this one was never built. Original powder and decals on frame, original chrome fork. Full-size race cruiser with 22" top tube. One, if not thee earliest ELF's in existance...

I would say that is truely the earliest Elf's around.
I own 2 early Elf mini's 1 is NOS seriel number 2844 Feb.1984 #4 with a sticker kit I have never seen before. And the second is seriel number 78413 July 1984 #13 that has the same sticker kit as your cruiser.
