1980 Raleigh Magnum

Raleigh Magnum BMX original condition.

I saved this bike and a couple of others from the tip this week and thought the museum could use the picture. The BMX appears to be a Ralreigh Magnum ? in almost 100% original condition. Basically all generic parts - not a brand name in sight !!Probably dating from the early 1980s would have been inexpensive bike but still looks cool. This bike has its original paint and decals, frame and handlebar pad set(almost gone.. sigh!)The serial number is M4 - H1193.

Hey spiderman. I found your bikes little baby today. Another tip find for $5. I couldn't pass it up. It's got really cool little tires on it. A comp 3 at the front and a snakebelly on the rear. They are shot though.

Re: 1980 Raleigh Magnum

That's a great looking bike ! It does look like the little brother to the Magnum I posted. I ended up selling the Magnum instead of restoring it. I've decided on collecting BMX Products stuff only (but I've still got the Anlun and the Haro and the Redline....) Good luck with it !!
