1985 Haro FST

Chrome Survivor

All original except the tires. The panaracers were completely blown out so the Comp III style was a replacement. Early Anlun stem, sprocket, and bars. Dia Compe 890 brakes and MX levers and hinged seat clamp.  Viscount Dyna seat and Ame grips. Ukai rims and Suzue hubs. The frame is in great shape-no dents, cracks, or rewelds. There is some minor rust but still shiny. The forks are unstamped Haro forks.

Man that looks nice!!  Whats the bmx scene like in NC?  My brother lives in Fayetteville and I'm trying to get him to keep an eye out for bikes.  It sounds as though there is little activity around Bragg.sad

Re: 1985 Haro FST

Alright, so now it looks like the NC people are finally popping up around here!  and all it took was an '85 FST.  If I had known that, I would have had Bob Haro stop by for eggs and brains.

Re: 1985 Haro FST

Thanks for the kind words. I feel pretty lucky to find a unique survivor in this condition. We should plan a local event.

Re: 1985 Haro FST

I don't think me and ramps are a good mix. There's too much gravity involved. I think I'll be better served to start working on the flatland skills.
