1986 Healing Freestyler

Taiwanese made Healing (according to original looking sticker). Its all there and unmolested apart from missing front brake. Its not the tidiest. A little surface rust and slight buckles in wheels  but its a good example and rideable. Is going in my shed but may get a restore at some stage.

Kinlin rims
KK hub
Dominator saddle
Lay-back seat post
'16' stamped on left rear drop out. meaning?
'05' stamped on right rear dropout. meaning?
1 piece crank
VP pedals
Serial # is M6-H0052 if that can help anybody provide info on this bike?
I think it is Hi-ten steel frame?
