1984 Haro Freestyler
1984 Haro Freestyler
Very late produced Haro Freestyler with high serial number TII 38XX F.
I bought this very late produced Haro Freestyler (it is not a "Master Freestyler") with high serial number TII 38XX F some years ago here in Germany. The bike was in very used condition with damaged white tuffs but some nice old school parts. I kept the wide GT bar it has a new round sticker now but the "wing sticker" is missing. The Tuf Neck stem got some polish work. I added Oakley F1 grips, new Dia Compe Tech 3 break levers and some MX fake breaks with Weinman adjusters, new GT Layback, Elina Lightning saddle with a new lightning sticker, SR pedals, Sugino crank, Tuf Neck chain ring, a new bottom bracket, Tange lock nut, Skyway axle pegs, black Skway Tuff wheels (alloy hubs). Finaly I added new frame and fork stickers. I think the bike is now in much better shape and ready for a sunday ride .

Oh I can´t believe it.
You own so many Haro bikes of the 80´s but your did not get the first Haro until now.
What a pity
I´m realy happy that I got this bike/frame a few year ago for only 180 Euro.
The first Haro freestyler is nearly impossible to find here in Germany and shipping from UK and USA is expensive.
This frame was my first love together with the Skyway TA back in the days but I had only enough money for a GT frame with a Tange fork when I was young.
