1984 Hutch Pro Star

This was a survivor I found! I remembered the guy that had it he took alot of the parts off over the years (he was into freestyle). Look at the DuPont coated hubs RARE!!

This thing had the cleanest most mint Aerospeeds I have seen to date! (other then NOS)

Like it says in the discription, I remembered the guy that bought it originaly and it was a Pro Star
You can see where the bottom tube sticker was on it, and that is TruTemper and no it dosn't have it.

Really? Here are 2 123 serial #ed frame sets 1 being a Pro Star and 1 being a Pro Racer there are some suttle differences betweent the 2!!!
Biggest one I noticed right off the bat is the rear gusset!!!

as has been said with Hutch differences can mean a lot or nothing, I would say it depends on who is building them that day.

Re: 1984 Hutch Pro Star

Jeff Haney told me that they looked for the pro racer frames with the nicest chrome to use as pro stars. Like I said I this was one because I know where it came from, he use to race it locally back in the day.

+1 I agree. I have had several Trick Stars from the same year  and I was amazed at the difference in dropout thickness, welds, finish, stamping, etc. I am talking the exact same year(1985). I am a big Hutch fan, but they had huge variances and quality in their bikes.
