2006 NS Bikes Suburban

one of my riders

Build this Bike 2006 with 26" Wheels and 7 Speed and a front Break, changed it over the time to 24" and Singlespeed.
Parts:
Frame: NS Bikes Suburban 2006
Fork: Rock Shox Pike 426
Headset: FSA DH Pro
Wheels: Spank Subrosa on Atomlab Hubs (rear with 16t freewheel)
Tires: Kenda NPJ Signature 24x2.1
Break: 2006 Avid Juicy 7 with 160mm disc
Cranks: Truvativ Holzfeller with 38t sprocket
Pedals: NS Bikes Pancakes
Seatpost: KHE
Seat: Eastern Pinner Seat
Stem: Spank Timer 1,5
Handlebar: Spank Lounge Bar 50
Grips: Animal Edwin DeLaRosa

How much did the bottom bracket get lowered after switching over to 24" tires? Does your pedals hit the ground on turns?


In the 80's, I was riding the streets with Eric (Hutch), Jamie (GT), Jody (JMC), & Ronnie (Diamond Back). North Hollywood, CA to The Teen Center in Van Nuys, CA. The best LBS was The Pedal Shop, where I bought my first & only JMC frame, forks, & parts for my very first build...

I guess 1" thats 25mm and i have no problems with my pedals on turns....
The cranks have 175mm
