1991 SE Racing P.K. Ripper XL
SOLD
I always wanted a PK Ripper. I know its not a loop tail, but she will do for now. Picked this up with a GT Performer. It came with 6 spoke skyway mags but i decided to opt for these rims. Just got laid off and i told the lady, I'm acting like a kid the whole summer. can't wait to get the builds on the way. I will be listing my other projects shortly. Anyways trying to get her as light as possible. This puppy has Odyssey 45t chain sprocket and Pit Bull brakes, Alex X rims, Haro multisurf 3 20x2.1 tires, Tuf neck stem, can,t be for sure if this are GT handler bars, Redline grips(only because i found them new for 5 bucks), Dyno seat i swap from Dyno for know and GT pedals. Going to change Seat post for a laid back(i'm just shy of 6 feet). Just strip bike to repolish her again since i learn some new tricks over the web. Will post soon.

Nice PK. Good luck with all your builds. With some of my builds, they were a sort of meditation for me, to pass some rough times. BTW All PK Rippers are cool whether they are loopies or not! Peace.

Thanks. I just strip down and trying my first polishing job. Found great advice @ vintage BMX from a guy named Ted. This guy is a bad Mother F$?!er and he knows his stuff. Will post shots. Thanks:P

Re: 1991 SE Racing P.K. Ripper XL
Here some update pic's of progress. I removed decals polished up and went with older style. I have some blue LG fork decals which i will get to soon. The old shimano pedals i was thinking i never would used went perfect IMO, they will get used so no use on putting new ones on her. I love the bars but the rise is just to small for me, so I will be looking for something new. I still have not made up my mind on the color of the seat or style. I love the aero style.
