Very cool! '77 Surely the rarest of all Teams... Looks like you had some big wins on that baby too!

Very nicely preserved and so full of soul... I dig the Race Inc. hanging there too! Great stuff! cool

Re: 1977 Team Mongoose

Ok , I can post one more pic. what angle would you like a pic of the redline stem from the front, the top or the side ? let me know and I'll take a pic.  the story behind this redline stem is 30 years ago when I was 14yrs old I worked and raced BMX for  a local shop here in Hawaii the McCully Bicycle shop, this is where I aquired this redline stem, it is very rare I have yet to see one like it for a long time,
Thanks for taking intrest in it!!

Re: 1977 Team Mongoose

Yeah, I'm totally diggin' that stem too! Be nice to see some pics of it up close...

I acquired this bike a while back but haven't picked it up yet. I'm thinking the Redline stem on it might the same or close:

Re: 1977 Team Mongoose

Pic looks pretty good to me... I can clearly see the stem.

I'm thinking that might be the very first version Redline came out with for their stems. Wow! Maybe JT or someone else could confirm...

The whole thing is just killer and so fast looking. Digging this! cool
