1979 Jag
1979 Jag
Here is my Jag that I have had since new.
I got this for my 13th b-day. I originally had black Tuff wheels, Ash cranks and neck and steel bars and a tubular fork. Over the years back then I bought and traded for AL parts. It sat for many many years until I repainted it about 10 years ago. I have got it going again lately. I used to ride it all over the place when I was younger, almost 30 years ago.
EDIT, I just finished doing a resto-mod on the bike. Got the bars, chain ring and seat clamp re-anodized. Got the frame powder coated and installed re-pop stickers. Polished the cranks and smoothed and polished the Goldstem clamps and painted the neck. Also installed new tires new brake pads. Pretty happy with it.

I'm looking for the following frames, frame & forks or completes by BMX products:
MotoTrac (nickle or chrome), Racer-X or a Super-X (with the double gussets preferred).
Thanks

Have you done any other changes or upgrades since the last post?
I didn't notice before, but has your friend always been hanging around your seat post?

Re: 1979 Jag
I put a set of new gold MKS BM7 pedals on it. The little friend is a Jack in the Box "Thing" action figure I have had since the 70's. Kinda fitting.

Very
childhood memories on the critter, I'm sure! ![]()
I have some old beat up hot wheels that have seen better days, but I've had them since child hood also.

Re: 1979 Jag
Updated pics with new black knobby tires (did not really like the yellow tires) and new BM7 pedals.
