I actually checked w Mert Lawwill and it's not one of his. sad

I was thinking earlier mtn bike, but there's no derailleur hanger or posts for brakes.

Here are some others, not mine, that I've found on the web.

Eddy Merckx is a bicycle racer from back in the day... I'm sure those stickers were added to the bike... Tour De France style... He had a line of bikes under his name, but nothing like yours...

Re: Time to post the 26 inch cruiser again...who made it?

You might want to look up a couple of bike shops in Santa Cruz. There are a lot of them. Ask to talk to the owner and see if anyone they know of worked at Dutchman or owned it. It is a sweet looking cruiser, love the looptail...

Re: Time to post the 26 inch cruiser again...who made it?

Check this out:

This guy worked at Dutchman in 1983. Maybe you can contact him. He only worked there for 3 months, but he might know what it is or who you might contact. Somehow I stumbled across his resume online looking for Dutchman.
