1985 Hutch Judge
1985 Judge
1985 Hutch Judge. was painted by Chip. He did a great job. This one needed a restore cause the paint was chipped up really bad. Also a note, when he stripped the frame he said it was very very clean. This was important to me cause I wanted a nice frame since I couldnt afford a NOS one...lolThe dropouts were near flawless, only the one rear drive side looked like it even a had a lug nut attached. No dents, dings, or the like. One very clean frame. Its been done for several months, just haven't been able to get the pixel size right. i hope to come to Rockford one day with it. Some surprises hopefully real soon as well to compliment the bike This is a 85. No question about it. It is 40 digits away from the NOS one that Tom just sold(Atariager). I don't care what anyone says, this rear serial plate didn't end up in Taiwan or China 2 years later and end up on my frame set up. It was suggested to me that this one "may" be a Judge II or made during Hutch's transition during the mid 80's. As soon as I can get more pics I will . Hutch is stamped in the brake bridge. 19 inch top tube and serial on rear dropout
National Pro is almost complete and I think i like it better. pics are coming
I am so Glad i figured out this Pixel thing and got this listed!
Parts list: Hutch pro size bars, B1B Oakley's, Hutch race plate, Tuf Neck Pro model stem, Tange 125LP headset, Bullseye Hubs and cranks OG, Hutch Pro size pedals, Araya 7X hoops, Tioga Comp III tyres blue/green label, Kashimax Aero seat, Hutch layback post, Hutch US full radius doughnut, Hutch repop pads, rad caps ABA, Dia Comp MX1000 rear brake. Re: 1985 Hutch Judge
Yea, I talked with him a few days ago and he says 3 weeks. Now keep in mind, I have heard this since November and it all relies on "When" he will be in Jackson to do this job. , we did speak on phone the last 2 times and sounded very promising. He is as excited as i am it seems, just a matter of time I am hoping.....wehhhhhhh
Now, as soon as a date is locked in, I will PM you. 2nd weekend in May or around he says. i told him i wanted to do this before June for rockford. we will see..........
If anyone has a judge F/F combo for sale, I know someone who is very interested. You would find it interesting to know whom the buyer would be. PM me if you seriously have a set for sale
Later Chris and i will keep in touch

Wow that is amazing!!! Empirical beauty. I love the color combo and the component selection.
What's the reasoning for the brake pads?
It's not the kill, it's the thrill of the chase...

Re: 1985 Hutch Judge
Thanks dude. I havent been on museum in quite a while. I had a few life changes, some hard but things are looking better now. I intend on coming back here more and joining al the fun...
And I love the drama that comes along with it here too ![]()
Take care David!
How is your Judge coming? I will have to look at all the new bikes here when I get a chance. I also need to become a pro member cause I have a few things to sell that someone will surely need or want. I still need a Tuf Neck seat post and not a mini but cant find one. I dont want to use a shim. Oh and some of Johns new pedals ![]()
